OUR PRODUCT
All our earrings are made with Sterling Silver hooks. If required we can provide Sterling Silver posts (pierced ears) at an extra cost of £1.50 per pair or Sterling Silver ear screws (non-pierced ears) at an extra cost of £2.50 per pair.
Every effort is made to create pieces to represent the photographs in the on-line shop. As is the nature (and charm) of hand-made jewellery, there may be a little variation with bead size and colour as well as drop lengths for earrings and necklaces.
Please note that some of the beads we source are limited editions and there may be delays as we re-order similar beads. Where possible we will notify you about delays or discontinued designs before you make your order.

HOW TO PAY
Goods will be despatched once payment has been received. Major credit cards payments are accepted through Svelte Jewellery Pay Pal account.

Postage and packing charges have been standardised for ease of payment calculation.

DESPATCH OF GOODS
Your jewellery will be packaged and delivered in stylish Organza bags. These compact bags are an ideal way of protecting and storing your jewellery at home or when travelling.
Svelte Jewellery aims to despatch goods within 48 hours of receipt of order and payment. Please contact us if you have not recieved your goods within 7 days.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any of the items delivered, you may return them within 7 days of delivery. We shall refund any unused items that are returned to us in their original saleable condition. If the goods are faulty or damaged or not what you ordered, Svelte Jewellery will exchange the goods immediately or issue a full credit for the item(s) to you provided the item(s) are returned intact.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS EARRINGS CANNOT BE RETURNED UNLESS FAULTY.
